Goals and a game plan for your business.

Why don't most people think like that when theyre starting a new business, Network Marketing Business or any business for that matter? And why is it that more leaders don't sit down (figuratively speaking of course) with their people and help them set up a road map and give them directions based on what theyre looking for an help them with their goals? It just doesn't make any sense to me. If every time one of the members in MY team makes it to Vancouver and reaches their goal I earn thousands of dollars a month in passive residual income! Why wouldn't I want them to get there as quickly and efficiently as possible, and with the least amount of time and effort, and money?
That is exactly why someone who would love to learn how to be a leader in a Network Marketing Business, after searching and scanning all the websites, realize the biggest mistake most people make is joining a team of people who dont abide by these essential rules of the game.
Truthfully, this business is no different than any other network -marketing endeavor, although the invaluable information you will learn can be applied to any and all of your network businesses. You can probably make money without goals or a game plan, without direction and maybe even without tracking your results. But its going to be a heck of a lot harder and take a hell of a lot longer? Why not do that right from the beginning?
If you want to be successful in this business, I strongly suggest that you also, , start outlining your goals, putting together a game plan and help each of your new team members do the same.

Some people will have the mindset and get it, and others wont. Thats ok, thats out of your control and please dont take it personally. However it IS your responsibility to put them on the right track, to point them in the right direction. Take the time to outline an entire game plan for yourself and your teammates and check back periodically to make adjustments, because sometimes direction and goals may change.
